Stretch Plus Abs

I did the Stretch Plus Abs class today.
This was my first class away from spinning.
I fumbled around at first not really knowing what to do.
After a while I settled in and gradually got into it.

Golds is a great place to workout and spin. There's plenty of room,TV's and all around fun.
